SHORT FLIM

RULES :

• The short film should be within 15 minutes. Maximum 3 members per team.

•   Send the theme and small write-up about the movie to mxcel2k16@gmail.com

•   The write-up should not be more than 200 words

•   Judges decision will be final and binding

•   Last date to send the theme : 17th SEP 2016

•   Intimation of shortlisted participants : 20th SEP 2016

•   The movie should not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
