          Mxcel' 16 provides you an excellent platform to present your innovative ideas and get acknowledged. Come to us with your presentations and the world-changing Designs will be selected and awarded in a grand Valedictory function ! Below, You'll see the rules that you should follow to present your papers at Mxcel'16.

Rules:

Round 1:

•   Online submission of full paper in IEEE format only and send to mxcel2k16@gmail.com.

•   Topics should be in any of the following streams (Design,Thermal,Manufacturing).

•   Full paper should be in pdf or word format only.

•   Complete Contact details of members should be enclosed with the paper.

•   Maximum of 3 members per team.

•   Last date for submission of full paper 17/09/2016.

•   Any form of plagiarism will lead to disqualification.                                          

Round 2:

•   Selected papers will be intimated through mail on 20/09/2016.              

•   Selected members should bring 2 hard copies of full paper and a soft copy of their ppt.                

•   Maximum time allotted for a single presentation will be 7 mins followed by a 3 mins Q/A session.         

•   The Jury's Decision will be final.
